Nutech Diagnostic Laboratory offers pathology testing, health packages, home sample collection, and related diagnostic services. Reports are provided based on the accuracy of the samples collected and laboratory processes.
2. Test Reports
Test reports are generated based on the specimen provided. Reports are for informational and diagnostic support purposes only. They must always be reviewed by a qualified doctor before treatment or medical decisions.
3. Payments & Pricing
All package prices and service charges are subject to change without prior notice. Payment must be completed before or during sample collection unless credit terms have been mutually agreed.
4. Home Collection
Home collection is provided based on availability and location. Time slots may vary due to unavoidable delays such as traffic, emergencies, or workload.
5. Appointment Confirmation
Appointments made online or over WhatsApp/phone are considered confirmed only after our team contacts you for verification.
6. Refund & Cancellation
Refunds are not applicable once the sample has been collected. Cancellations before collection may be permitted at the lab’s discretion. In case of technical failure or test unavailability, the amount may be refunded or adjusted.
7. Medical Disclaimer
Diagnostic results should not be treated as a final diagnosis. Always consult your physician for medical interpretation, guidance, and treatment.
8. Accuracy & Limitations
Although we maintain high accuracy, rare technical issues or biological variations may affect test results. Repeat tests may be recommended if required.

Providing accurate personal details, medical history, and contact information is the responsibility of the patient or guardian.
